Shipping
All CANDLEHOUSE gifts ship in our signature packaging within 1 to 3 business days via USPS. Our offices are closed and do not ship on Federal Holidays. Once shipped, our carriers deliver based on the approximate schedule listed below.
Standard Shipping & Hand Packaging:Â Approximately 4 to 8 business days
Priority Shipping & Hand Packaging:Â Approximately 2 to 5 business days
Please note that once all orders leave our office, we are not responsible for carrier delays.
We ship via USPS. You will have the option to choose your shipping method at checkout. Once shipped, transit times are listed below:

We do not offer free shipping, and our shipping prices start at $9.95 per CANDLEHOUSE gift sent.
We are so sorry your CANDLEHOUSE gift has been delayed! Unfortunately, if the delay occurs because of delays with USPS, it is out of our control and we cannot offer refunds for delays. If, however, the delay seems far outside of normal delays, email us at info@candlehouse.com and we will look into it with you!
Send us an email at info@candlehouse.com. We are are here to call shipping carriers, but we cannot guarantee success. If the delivery was unsuccessful due to customer error inputting the address, we will ship a replacement for a $9.95 shipping fee. Reach out to us via email and we will take good care of you!Â
All sales are final once the gift leaves the CANDLEHOUSE warehouse. If the gift you sent has been returned to our warehouse, you will be notified by email. You have 5 business days to respond with a new shipping address or the order will be refunded minus a 30% restock fee. You can ship the returned gift to a new address or to yourself if you prefer. The reshipment fee is $9.95.
One of the oddest little quirks of USPS is that they give themselves 1-2 days AFTER a package is marked delivered to actually deliver the package. So, if you've given USPS the additional 1-2 days after receiving the notice of delivery and you still don't have the package in hand, send us an email at info@candlehouse.com.
We will jump in on this with you! But breath easy – 99% of the time the order shows up within a day. If you think the package truly was mis-delivered, send us an email, and we will take care of it.
PACKAGING
Each CANDLEHOUSE gift is shipped in our signature packaging, which includes crinkle paper, tissue paper, and your gift message inside our high quality beautiful shipping box.
We never include receipts or billing information.
OTHER QUESTIONS
Orders to the USA and Canada can be placed directly on our site. All other international orders can be requested via email.
We are unable to hold orders, unless they are bulk orders of over 10 candles per order. In that event, reach out to us via email with your request.
Due to the highly customized nature of CANDLEHOUSE gifts, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed.
Customized orders may not be changed or altered once the order is placed. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on customized products except in the event of item defects or our error.
