Returns: We offer returns within 30 days of purchase, excluding customized gifts which are final sale. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use, and be in their original packaging. Defective Items: If you believe your item is defective, please reach out to us with photographic evidence of the issue within three to five days of receiving your item, and we will provide you with a replacement or refund. To report your defective item, please email us at email@example.com.
Lost Packages: In the event of a lost package, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We are here to help locate the order! We are not held liable for packages lost due to customer error inputting shipping addresses. If your order is returned to our office due to an error inputting the shipping address, we are happy to reship the order for the cost of shipping. Email our team at email@example.com and we will help!
Customized orders may not be changed or altered once the order is placed. That being said, if you realize you made a mistake or a typo, email us ASAP. If the item has not already been personalized, we will do what we can to accommodate your changes.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on customized products except in the event of item defects or our error.
