Shipping policy

All Candlehouse orders ship in our signature packaging within 1 to 3 business days via USPS. Our offices are closed and do not ship on Federal Holidays. Once shipped, our carriers deliver based on the approximate schedule listed below.

Standard Shipping & Hand Packaging: Approximately 4 to 8 business days

Priority Shipping & Hand Packaging: Approximately 2 to 5 business days
